Have Cartels penetrated and hijacked Food Safety Authority of India?

Have Global Cartels penetrated and hijacked FSSAI Decision making process with insiders Support?

Thailand government refused to play the ball with cartels and today they are the best example of nutrition success story in the world. Cartels offered USD 230 million to accept mandatory fortification. Thailand refused the grant and any funding from the vitamin cartel. They are very vocal about using any cartelized product in their food system. They adopted a sensible and balanced approach by improving the nutritional status of their population. Why we are not learning from Thailand but willing to learn from the cartels only? What is the "motivation" behind this?

Please see the provided references why countries don't adopt mandatory fortification.
It seems, in India, cartels are successful in penetrating FSSAI and able to push their agenda at the cost of public health. Moreover, this will make India depended on 100% imported products forever. Is this the way policymakers working in India? Who is pushing only vitamin fortification agenda but not mineral fortification?
The universal and the fact is FSSAI failed in controlling food adulteration, their primary responsibility, but keen on the glamour of fortification for media coverage managed by cartels corporate PR activities.
Most of the consumers in the country is suffering due to bad quality food and bad quality water? Why someone in FSSAI is so keen to push fortification and at what cost to nation and society?
What is the logic of fortification in the adulterated food system? Let FSSAI first inform by when food adulteration will be stopped, by when they will make whole sampling system transparent? Even Parliament is demanding this, the law says this, but no interest in FSSAI to ensure this? Why is the motivation for not doing what is required and doing what is not required?
Please see the following details based on medical research and no reply from FSSAI on all these issues of public health are in the public domain. There is a lack of transparency in the decision-making process. There is no decision making criteria and reference documents on the website.

At the same time, there is no mechnaism by which prices of these "promoted" items can be controlled. As soon as FSSAI asked the industry to fortify, the suppliers jacked up the prices. Who is benefitting? Who is testing purity of the Vitamins and their quality? Our laboratores failed to detecte adultrated products and GM products floding the markets, the how they will be able to control microgram additives? Is this logical essentail need or a planted agenda to benefit someone? This must be investigated.
Why is so much hidden game going on when people are suffering from adulteration? Moreover, FSSAI has given false and misleading reply under RTI to Swadeshi Jagran Manch.
To earn billion dollars, cartels can always spend million dollars "to educate" key people and a few selected policymakers in India, like Walmart, did a few years ago.
There is massive resentment in industry and industry is arm twisted to sign on dotted lines. Why? Who is behind all this must be investigated by authorities?
There must be an open house for all decision-making process in FSSAI and all decisions must be taken in public view in FSSAI. All files and evidence must be on the website. Loss of trust is hurting all, except cartels and their selected beneficiaries.

As a concerned citizen, whose health and health or my well-wishers is at stake, I demand, let FSSAI answer to all the following findings with credible evidence, not just words and statements.
As citizen, I need FSSAI response to all the following medical research reports. Have they considered these or not, before pushing the agenda of the sponoring cartel?
Let FSSAI place their findings on all the following mentioned references in the next 7 days on their website. If they have done their homework properly, this can be posted in one day from their existing records.

FSSAI must reply to all the above findings and also share in public domain their documents used to take such dangerous decisions at the behest of cartels/mafias, disclose who all were part of decision-making process and their affiliations. Many NGOs working in nutrition are also funded by these cartels. If required, I can share all the details with evidence.
Conflict of Interests was always a concern in FSSAI, even Supreme Court ordered to kill this trend by changing expert committees of FSSAI. The way Vitamin Fortification is pushed by ignoring all the concerns of Indian industry is a glaring example of the power of Cartels in influencing FSSAI decision-making process.

In the matter of public health, there cannot be a confidentiality clause. Will FSSAI adopt principles of transparency and disclose all the documents considered to take such decisions and disclose the name and the detailed CV of the people involved. As a citizen, I am waiting for such disclosure. I feel Parliament, Media, and all concerned citizens must demand this as well. Citizens are keen to have safe wholesome food but not keen on Fortified but adulterated foods in India
