चीनी सेस पर बंटे राज्य, गन्‍ना कि‍सानों के संकट का कोई हल नहीं Moneybhaskar |  अंतिम अपडेट : 06 मई, 2018, 04:53 PM गन् ‍ ना कि ‍ सानों का करीब 20,000 करोड़ रुपए बकाया चीनी मि ‍ लों पर हो गया है। नई दि ‍ ल् ‍ ली।  देश के गन्‍ना कि‍सानों के 20000 करोड़ के बकाए का संकट अब और गहराता जा रहा है। बकाया दि‍लाने में मदद करने और चीनी मि‍लों को आर्थि‍क संकट से बाहर निकालने के लि‍ए सामने आया '3% सेस फॉर्मूला' भी राज्‍यों के वि‍रोध के चलते लागू नहीं हो पाया। गन्‍ना कि‍सान संकट में हैं और फि‍लहाल इसका कोई हल नजर नहीं आ रहा। क् ‍ या है संकट गन्‍ना बकाए का संकट रि‍कॉर्ड उत्‍पादन से पैदा हुआ है। चीनी मिलों के सबसे बड़े संगठन इंडियन शुगर मिल्स एसोसिएशन यानी ISMA की तरफ से जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, चालू गन्ना पेराई सीजन (अक्टूबर-सितंबर) में देश में चीनी का उत्पादन 3 करोड़ 10 लाख टन के पार चला गया है। फिलहाल देशभर में 130 मिलों में पेराई चल रही है। उद्योग संगठन के मुताबिक, इस साल देश में चीनी का उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड 3 करोड़ 20 लाख टन तक पहुंच सकता है। बंपर उत्‍पादन
