Why we are losing global market share faster than China, even after 'Make in India' as focus of policy initiative?

Why so many consignments are facing rejection, when so many certification agencies and laboratories are claiming they are doing good job? There must be proper investigation of all consignments facing rejection in world market and accountability should be fixed. Please see the month-wise data for rejections in 2016 by US-FDA. Pl. note China's agri-food exports is more than double than India to USA.

Why only selected fruit size is allowed for international trade? Why farmers will grow other varieties if there is no market for them? Will this help in preserving bio-diversity and sustainability agenda or this will promote mono-culture? Who is accountable and responsible for this man-made natural disaster?
