Perishables are waiting for customer on roadsides and in hot sun. We are not able to develop proper infrastructure to handle these perishables and even for farmers and drivers. The reason is we don't have funds and desire to create required infrastructures.  How  our policy makers will control the food inflation?

Food Inflation is beyond manageable level due to falling productivity and growing demand by growing population of humans as well as animals.
