Another area which will get attention is related to Patenting of agriculture inputs. Keeping in mind that any agriculture system, especially food, feed and fibre which is basis for survival of life and its sustainability will ensure the well-being of the civilisation should not become a tool in the hands of few corporate.  A monopolistic situation will not only have adverse commercial interest of large number of small and marginal farmers but will also impact social and political stability of the socio-economic system and will have serious impact on moral, legal and ethical values of any society. Perishables are waiting for customer on roadsides and in hot sun. We are not able to develop proper infrastructure to handle these perishables and even for farmers and drivers. The reason is we don't have funds and desire to create required infrastructures.  How  our policy makers will control the food inflation?

Growing Food Insecurity offers Big Investment Opportunities in Agribusiness Space In recent months and years India’s economic progress is suffering because of growing food insecurity. Food Inflation is beyond manageable level due to falling productivity and growing demand by growing population of humans as well as animals. Human population is growing at the rate of 1.5 % where as animal population is growing at around the same rate. There is growing competition for food between animal and humans. For the first time in Indian history, soybean is selling at higher price than mustard. Reason is simple, soybean is consumed by both human as well as but mustard is consumed by mainly humans. Management : When organizations’ stop learning, they start suffering By: Vijay Sardana During my visit to many factories in India and aboard, many issues what were observed can easily be avoided by careful planning. Proper planning can easily save execution cost. Proper planning can also save operating cost which can help in overall cost saving and improve profits. While planning and execution one should be open to new ideas and suggestions so that any good idea and suggestion can be used without waste of resources and time. In many companies, people feel hesitant in giving good suggestions once the project and execution plan is accepted by the top management. The main reason is that people are not sure how senior management will react and take their inputs one the plan is finalized. I don't see any reason why new inputs cannot be considered after the finalization. If we don't consider new inputs, it means we assume that our teams have stopped learning once
