In order to update my knowledge of latest trends in global food industry, author decided to visit Gulfood at Dubai. There were many interesting discussions which I will share with you all in coming days. What was very exciting at Trade Fair was the following artwork. They all were made our of food items mainly chocolates. 

I must admire the capability of Chefs and people those who were involved in this great food artwork competition. Please see them very carefully, the fineness, the precision and the creativity... and do send your comments.
