It is high time India must learn from the best practices around the world in appointing judges for the higher judiciary. 

It is vital to ensure that people in a highly diversified society like India must respect the views and opinions of judges, or else there will be anarchy everywhere. This is vital. For that, the best and most respected people in the eyes of people must reach the Supreme Court and High Courts.
